The goals of this Research Project funded by the Natural Sciences and Education Research Council is to:

• enhance Seneca student and faculty experience in applied research and increase research capacities and expertise in the field of aviation;
• identify and assess new, innovative uses of technology for flight training;
• advance Canada’s knowledge and applied research expertise in the field of pilot technical and non-technical skill transfer, and its relation to enhancing training experience; and
• engage all sectors in collaborative processes to foster sustainable applied research partnerships and facilitate transferring new knowledge, skills and technology for the benefit of the industry.
